Delivery by Canada Post

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This reliable and fast service allows you to receive your package quickly, in as little as one day or up to 10 business days. For orders delivered to the United States, delivery time can be up to 14 business days. 

Please note that during peak sales periods such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, the holiday season, and Boxing Day sales, delivery times may be longer than usual. It is also possible that delivery times may be longer than usual during events beyond our control, such as a pandemic, strike, or other pressure tactics by postal or port services. Please note that these delays are beyond our control, and we will ensure that your order is prepared as quickly as possible.

*Please note that your clothing will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. Delivery time may take up to 14 business days.

**Please note that business days are Monday to Friday. This does not include public holidays.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice at your door and hold your package at the nearest post office. You can pick it up at your convenience. Canada Post has 6,600 post offices and postal outlets across Canada to ensure a convenient delivery experience. On the Canada Post website, simply enter your order number in the "track your deliveries" field. www.canadapost.ca 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages at the Canada Post office. Once your order is processed by Canada Post, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, we are unfortunately not responsible. However, we can help you with the process with Canada Post; simply contact our customer service at the following email address: boutique@bizou.com . 

Delivery costs

In Canada

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $60 or more, before taxes and after discounts and promotions. Shipping fees vary by region: the minimum fee is $8 and the maximum fee is $10 in Canada. Returns are FREE in Canada only. *Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of an exchange or return.

Delivery is also available within 24 hours with the Uber Eats app in certain regions in Quebec.

In the United States

In the United States, the shipping cost for orders under $75 USD is $12 USD. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a shipping method with a tracking number to track your order. We are not responsible if an order returned by your return method does not return to our distribution center.

Restrictions

Currently, Bizou ships orders to Canada and the United States only. We do not ship orders outside of these two countries.

Your billing address must be the one shown on your credit card statement. Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address, i.e., your credit card's billing address, in the appropriate box, the transaction will not go through. However, it is possible to deliver to an address other than your billing address. If so, please indicate the address where you would like your package delivered in the "shipping address" box.
