Free return in Canada only*!

At Bizou, your satisfaction is important! This is why we invite you to read the following.

 

You must contact us by email at info@bizou.com if you are in any of the following situations:

1.    You are not satisfied with an item you ordered and wish to return it for a refund.

 See « Refund » section below for full details and conditions.

 

2.    You received a defective item and wish to replace it or get a refund.

 See « Defective item » section below for full details and conditions.

 

REFUND

 

To be eligible for a refund, the following three eligibility conditions must be met :

1.    You have 15 days from the date you received your package to send us a refund request by email.

 

2.    Products in the following categories cannot be refunded since they are final sales and non-refundable:

·      Gift cards

·      Products purchased on sale (in the SALES section of the website)

·      Cleaning products

·      Body jewelry

 

3.    The item for which you wish to get a refund must be in its original packaging, in new and unworn condition, and have all its tags attached. Packaging and tags must be intact and undamaged.

 

Once you have verified your eligibility for a refund, please send us the following information by email at info@bizou.com:

·      Order number

·      First and last name

·      Product code of the item for which you wish to be refunded

·      Reason for return

You must then wait for our authorization email before returning the item.

The authorization email you will receive will include a link allowing you to generate a return label at our expense. Pack the merchandise to be returned to us securely to avoid any damage and affix the return label to the package before dropping it off at a Canada Post service point. We offer only one free return for the same order. If you are returning more than one item of the same order, make sure to return them in the same package

Once the package is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Depending on the financial institution you are dealing with, the refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days are between Monday and Friday. This does not include statutory holidays.

*All returned items must have been mentioned in the initial email and have been approved by customer service. If unapproved products are returned to us and do not meet one or more of the three conditions listed above, they will not be refunded or reshipped to the customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

 

If you receive a defective item, you have 15 days from the date you receive your package to send us the following information by email at info@bizou.com:

·      Order number

·      First and last name

·      Product code of the defective item

·      Description of the defect in a few words

·      Picture(s) clearly showing the defect

 

Once our customer service has confirmed that the item is defective, you will have two options:

1.    Replace the defective product with a product corresponding to the same model if quantities are still available in inventory at that time. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

 

2.    Get a refund for the defective item.

We will process the refund using the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Depending on the financial institution you are dealing with, the refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days are between Monday and Friday. This does not include statutory holidays.

Please note that Bizou does not offer repair services.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

*** Shipping fees are not refundable.

*** We do not accept exchanges.

For example, if you order the wrong ring size and want the correct size, you must submit a refund request as indicated in « Refund » section and place a new order.

 

·      We may need to refund an order, or part of its content.

This is the case, for example, when the products ordered cannot be shipped due to a stock shortage or any other unforeseen event. In this case, you will receive an email to notify you.

 

·      We reserve the right to change information about our products without notice, even after an order has been placed.

Please note that we try to keep the information up-to-date. However, we may need to revise a price or other information to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website.

 

·      We also reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order with inaccurate information or pricing.
