You must contact us by email at info@bizou.com if you are in either of the following situations:

You are not satisfied with an item ordered and wish to return it for a refund.

GET A REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, the following three conditions must be met:

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to send us a refund request by email.

Reimbursement until January 11, 2026 upon presentation of the invoice.

The following categories of products cannot be refunded as they are final and non-refundable sales:

Gift cards

Products purchased on sale ( in the SALES section of the website)

The item for which you wish to obtain a refund must The item must be in its original packaging, in new and unworn condition , and include all its tags. The packaging and tags must be intact and undamaged.
Once you have verified your eligibility for a refund, please email us the following information at info@bizou.com :

Product code of the item for which you would like a refund

Reason for return
You must then wait for our authorization email before returning the items in question .
The authorization email you receive will contain a link allowing you to generate a free return shipping label. Pack the merchandise you are returning securely to prevent breakage or damage, and affix the return label to the package before dropping it off at a Canada Post location. We offer only one free return per order. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, please ensure you return them in a single package.
Once the package is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation by email. Depending on your financial institution , the refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days . Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.
*All returned items must have been mentioned in the initial email and approved by customer service. If unapproved products are returned to us and do not meet one or more of the three eligibility conditions mentioned above , they will not be refunded or reshipped to the customer.

Once our customer service has confirmed that the item is defective, you will have two options:

You will receive a replacement product of the same model as the defective item if such quantities are still available in stock at that time . If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Get a refund for the defective item.
We will process the refund using your original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation by email. Please note that Bizou does not offer repair services.

If, for example, you order the wrong ring size and want the correct size , you must submit a refund request as indicated in the "Get a refund" section and place a new order.

It may happen that we have to refund a Web order , or part of its contents .
This is the case, for example, when ordered products cannot be shipped due to a stock shortage or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will receive an email notification.

We reserve the right to change product information without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.
Please note that we strive to keep the information as up-to-date as possible. However, we may need to revise a price or other information to ensure the accuracy of the details displayed on our website .
