What are the delivery times?
Our packages are delivered by Canada Post. With some exceptions, all orders are delivered within 2 to 10 business days. For more details, see the delivery section of our website.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. This will allow you to track your package. Log in to your profile by clicking the appropriate icon in the top right corner of our homepage, then enter your information here .

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by mail. Our returns are easy and free in Canada. Click here to learn more.

Are delivery charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I pay with a Bizou gift card?
Only virtual gift cards are available for payment on our website. Traditional gift cards cannot be used online.

If you have a traditional gift card, please send us a photo of the back of it toinfo@bizou.com so we can verify the balance and number before converting it to a virtual gift card.

Are purchases secure on the Bizou website?
We are proud to offer you a completely secure online shopping environment. Our site is authenticated by VeriSign, which means that all confidential and credit card information is encrypted and coded using SSL. We do not store any confidential data on our server. Our website also features reCAPTCHA and CVS verification to protect and validate buyer information during transactions.

Why do multiple amounts appear on my account?
You will only be charged for items once they have been shipped. We have placed a temporary hold on your credit card account to guarantee payment for your order. This hold will expire once the order has been fully processed.

I receive an error message during payment, what's going on?
Make sure your billing address (name, address, and postal code) matches the information on your credit card statement. This information is used to validate the authenticity of the payment. If you have validated all the information and still receive an error message, we recommend contacting your banking institution.

Gift cards

Can traditional gift cards be used online?
No, only virtual gift cards can be used online.

Are there any fees for non-use?
No, our gift cards are not subject to any fees.

Is there an expiration date on Bizou gift cards?
No, Bizou gift cards do not expire.

Can you help me if my gift card has been lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card.

Can I add funds to a Bizou gift card?
No, Bizou gift cards are not rechargeable.

Can I get a price adjustment if an item goes on sale or promotion?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for sale items. Also, our promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. If two different prices are displayed, the lower price will be applied.

How to apply a promotional code?
First, log in to your account. Once all your chosen items are in your cart, access it by selecting View Cart . Apply your discount code in the appropriate box at the bottom of the page, then tap Apply Code . It's important that your cart contains only regular-priced items for the code to apply.

My promotional code doesn't work, what should I do?
Make sure you're logged in to your online account. Then, enter the promotional code on the right side of the screen in your shopping cart in the gift card or promotional code section and press the apply button. You can log in to your online account here.

How do I log in to my account?
If you already have an account, enter your email address and password to log in to your profile and apply promotional codes as a member.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, once in the My Profile tab, click on Forgotten password . Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.

When will I receive my birthday email and how long is it valid for?
You will receive a birthday email when you are a "B Extra" member the morning of your birthday, at 7:00 AM. You can use your birthday discount for one transaction only. This means that the discount is valid only once. The 50% birthday discount is valid for 7 days from your birthday date. It is applicable on regular-priced or regularly discounted items only.

How much does my order need to total for the $10 welcome code to apply to my first order?
You must first be logged in via My Profile for the discount to apply. Your first order must have a minimum spend of $40 before taxes and after the discount. Your order must contain regular-priced items only.
