Free returns in Canada only*!  

We have your satisfaction at heart here at Bizou! That's why we invite you to read the following .  

You must contact us by email at info@bizou.com if you are in any of the following situations:  

  1. You are not satisfied with an item ordered and wish to return it for a refund.

  1. You received a defective item and would like a replacement or refund.

GET A REFUND  

To be eligible for a refund, the following three eligibility conditions must be met:  

  1. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to send us a refund request by email.  

 

  1. Products in the following categories cannot be refunded as they are final sales and non-refundable:  

 

  • Gift cards  

  • Products purchased on sale ( in the SALES section of the website)  

  • Cleaning products  

  • Body jewelry  

 

  1. The item for which you wish to obtain a refund mustBe in its original packaging, in new and unworn condition , and include all its labels. The packaging and labels must be intact and undamaged.  

Once you have verified your eligibility for a refund, please email us at info@bizou.com with the following information:  

  • Order number  

  • First and last name  

  • Product code of the item for which you would like a refund  

  • Reason for return  

You must then wait for our authorization email before returning the items in question .  

The authorization email you receive will include a link allowing you to generate a return label at our expense. Package the merchandise to be returned securely to avoid breakage or damage and affix the return label to the package before dropping it off at a Canada Post service point. We offer one free return for the same order. If you are returning more than one item in the same order, make sure to return them in a single package.  

Once the package is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the original payment method. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Depending on the financial institution you are dealing with , the refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days . Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. This does not include holidays.  

*All returned items must have been previously mentioned in the outgoing email and have been approved by customer service. If unapproved products are returned to us and do not meet one or more of the three eligibility conditions mentioned above , they will not be refunded or reshipped to the customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEM  

If you receive a defective item, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to send us the following information by email to info@bizou.com :   

  • Order number  

  • First and last name  

  • Product code of the defective item  

  • Description of the defect in a few words  

  • Photo(s) clearly showing the defect  

Once our customer service team confirms that the item is defective, you will have two options:  

  1. Obtain a replacement product of the same model as the defective item if quantities are still available in inventory at that time . If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.  

 

  1.  Get a refund for the defective item.  

 

We will process your refund using the original payment method. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Depending on your financial institution, the refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. This does not include holidays.  

Please note that Bizou does not offer repair services.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If, for example, you order the wrong ring size and want the correct size , you must submit a refund request as indicated in the "Getting a Refund" section and place a new order.  

 

  • There may be times when we need to refund a web order , or part of its content .  

 

This is the case, for example, when the ordered products cannot be shipped due to a shortage of inventory or any other unforeseen event. In this case, you will receive an email to notify you.  

 

  • We reserve the right to change product information without notice, even after an order has been placed.  

 

Please be aware that we try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible. However, we may need to revise a price or other information to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website .  

 

  • We also reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order containing inaccurate information or pricing.
