Béret lilas mais mal conçu ???

Je suis très déçue de votre béret lilas. J’avais pourtant hâte de le recevoir.

Raison : Il y a un rebord noir à l’intérieur du béret qui le laisse paraître. Cela rétrécit aussi l’espace pour le placer sur la tête. Je pensais vous le retourner mais cela me coûterait des frais car il est à rabais. Vous devriez aviser vos clients … votre photo ne démontre pas ce problème. Qu’en pensez-vous ? Que dois-je faire ?
